bloem. ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by VinPro Capital LLC, runs the website mybloem.com — a deal, drop, and event notification platform for adults 21+. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using bloem., you agree to the practices described below and to our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Email address, phone number, and zip code when you sign up for alerts or follow a brand
- Which brands you choose to follow and which notifications you interact with
- RSVP activity when you register for events
- A record of your marketing consent: when you consented, on which page, and the exact consent language shown to you (we keep this as legal proof of your opt-in)
- Any other information you voluntarily submit through forms on the platform
Information collected automatically:
- Browsing behavior and page interactions via the Meta Pixel
- Device type, browser type, and operating system
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Pages visited, time spent, and referral sources
2. How We Use Your Information
- Send you the alerts you signed up for: product drops, deals, event notifications, and platform updates relevant to your area — by email and, if you opted in, by text message (SMS)
- Send you messages on behalf of the specific brands you follow
- Measure how well campaigns work (signups, engagement, and promo-code redemptions by area)
- Improve and personalize your experience on the platform
- Serve relevant advertisements through Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Communicate with you about your account and support inquiries
3. Marketing Messages and Your Consent
When you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you give express written consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from bloem. (including messages promoting the brands you follow). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- Stop texts: Reply STOP to any message. This blocks all future texts from us permanently unless you re-subscribe.
- Get help: Reply HELP or email hello@mybloem.com.
- Stop emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Quiet hours: We do not send marketing texts late at night or early in the morning.
4. What We Share with Brand and Retail Partners
bloem. helps brands and licensed retailers understand whether their promotions work. To do that, we share aggregated, area-level reporting with the specific partners whose lists you join:
- Zip-code-level data: how many followers a brand has by zip code, and how signups and engagement change by area after a campaign
- Redemption data: when a promo code from a campaign is redeemed, we record and report the redemption (including the zip code and purchase amount where available) to the partner that ran the campaign
- Campaign performance: list growth, message engagement, and cost-per-signup metrics
This reporting is how the platform works, and joining a brand's list means this measurement applies to your activity. What we do not do: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not give partners your name, phone number, or email address unless you separately and explicitly provide it to them yourself.
5. Cookies and Tracking
- Meta Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness, understand user actions on our site, and deliver targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Analytics: We use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our platform.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.
6. Third-Party Services
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): We share certain event data with Meta for advertising purposes (Pixel events, Custom Audiences). Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: Our data storage and backend infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Messaging providers: We use email and SMS service providers to deliver the messages you signed up for. They process your contact information solely to deliver our messages.
7. Your Rights
- Opt out of texts: Reply STOP to any text message.
- Opt out of emails: Click unsubscribe in any email or contact us.
- Mute one brand: You can stop messages from a single brand without leaving the platform — email us.
- Request data deletion: Email hello@mybloem.com and we will delete your account and associated personal data.
- Access your data: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of ad tracking: Adjust your Facebook Ad Preferences or use browser-based opt-out tools.
8. Data Security
Your data is stored using encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) with encryption at rest, protected by row-level access controls. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
9. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 21, we will delete that information promptly.
